As a leader in the
business group, he or she should poses a good perceptiveness to aware the
current situation and predict the future needs or event that can be occur to
achieve a competitive advantage than others. Tan Sri Dato’ Sri Liew Kee Sin was
having a great perceptiveness as he embark a few new projects in certain area
such as KL EcoCity because he had noticed that there is a needs of building for
either prime commercial office, high-end retails outlets, high class serviced
department around the area as an integrated green luxury area. This project
could serve a great income for SP Setia before he leave the group.
Furthermore, after he
joined Eco World Development Group Berhad, he also able to notice that the
imbalance of demand and supply of building or housing in United Kingdom. He had
proposed and have a joint venture with another company in United Kingdom’s
companies. This perceptiveness had help him to launch a new 3 housing project
in United Kingdom and also help Eco World to explore a new market.
