         Entrepreneur with the characteristic of initiative is able to search for new opportunities in the market. They are being proactively to look around the environment, seeking for the current problems, analyze and find solutions for it. They are not afraid to take risks to try something new. This is because he foresee that currently the demand is more than supply in the property field in UK, so it is a new opportunities for them to explore a new market in overseas. These projects are expected will bring in the large income to the Eco World Development Group Berhad.

 

Traits of Tan Sri Dato' Sri Liew Kee Sin: Integrity and Reliability

Integrity and reliability owned by an entrepreneur means that he or she will not bias to any bodies related to the benefits of the company. The entrepreneur will provide the most precious opinion based on the best judgment from him or her. Tan Sri Dato’ Sri Liew Kee Sin is the non-independence and non-executive director of Eco World Berhad where his son being one of the substantial shareholder and director of Eco World Berhad. Although Tan Sri Dato’ Sri Liew Kee Sin is a non-independence director in the company, he able to judge the projects and plan the projects to bring more profit for Eco World Berhad. 

Besides, Tan Sri Dato’ Sri Liew Kee Sin will still handle the Battersea Project and Qinzhou Industrial Park development which are the main projects of SP Setia. Logically, the responsibility of being the leader of both projects shall be taken from Tan Sri Dato’ Sri Liew Kee Sin once he had resigned as the CEO of SP Setia to avoid the conflict of interest. By having the traits of integrity and reliability, the management team believe that he will be able to handle the interest carefully and bringing no harm to the projects in SP Setia.
