Entrepreneur with the characteristic of initiative is able to search for new opportunities in the market. They are being proactively to look around the environment, seeking for the current problems, analyze and find solutions for it. They are not afraid to take risks to try something new. Entrepreneur faces risk everyday due to their initiative to try everything. However, they will evaluate the risk and consider taking appropriate risk. They consider the advantages and disadvantages before taking the initiative actions, and make a decision on it. Therefore, although they are initiative and risk-takers, most of the time it brings positive outcome since they have analyzed and evaluate on the initiative action.
