For building an
empire in property area, Tan Sri Dato’ Sri Liew Kee Sin had shown that he had a
well foresight to look at the surrounding and consequences to seek for a new
business opportunities. This trait is very important for an entrepreneur to
ensure the long term sustainability and the successfulness of a company.
No matter as a chief
executive officer of SP Setia Berhad or as a chairman of Eco World Development
Group Berhad, he had posed a very good foresight in identify the challenges in
property field and the development in
Malaysia. He had taken up the several projects which those projects had
contributed large revenue to SP Setia Berhad such as Setia Alam and Setia Walk
at Pusat Bandar Puchong in Selangor, Setia Pearl Island and Setia Vista in
Penang. These projects not only contributed to the revenue of the company but
also contributed to help the area around Puchong to be prosperous, the
development of country and the property field in Malaysia.
Furthermore, recently
he also had launch its half of its new project in UK, which under Eco Word
Development Berhad. This is because he foresee that currently the demand is
more than supply in the property field in UK, so it is a new opportunities for
them to explore a new market in overseas. These projects are expected will
bring in the large income to the Eco World Development Group Berhad.
